We gently recalibrate the nervous system, strengthen your resiliency & expand your processing capacity for greater levels of intensity, energy, complexity and connection. 

This class is suitable for folks who would like to reduce overwhelm with recurring stressors. Human Design practitioners are particularly welcome.

Living Your Design

Would you like to go deeper into Human Design? Living Your Design (LYD) is the initiatory journey into your inner guidance system. 

Discover how your body intelligence is designed to function in ways that are unique to you. To live a unique life, learn to make decisions in your own way, according to your own unconditioned authority. 

We experience many energies moving through us every day that can pull us into all kinds of directions and trains of thought. This course shows you how to differentiate between the energies that are yours and the energies that are not – and how to use them to your benefit.

Private Living Your Design

Do you prefer to study on your own? Part self-paced education, part individual coaching, in this Living Your Design course you learn the basic mechanics of the human experience as mapped by the Human Design BodyGraph. Includes recorded videos and personal coaching sessions.
